AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are How2Rizz ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We operate the website https://how2rizz.com (the "Site"), the mobile application How2Rizz (the "App"), and any other related services that link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and How2Rizz, concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

These Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services offer conversation prompts, social tips, and AI-generated content designed to support confidence and social interaction. The Services are not guaranteed to produce any specific result.

You are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply to your use of the Services.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, features, functionality, software, logos, trademarks, and designs within the Services are the exclusive property of How2Rizz or its licensors. This content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without express written permission.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means.
• You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• The information you provide is true and complete.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

All in-app purchases, subscriptions, and payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Prices may change at any time. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases made through your account.

5. CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Play Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

We do not offer refunds for unused time or credits. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at team@how2rizz.com.

6. SOFTWARE LICENSE

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the software or attempt to access source code.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for harassment, impersonation, or abuse
• Violate any applicable law
• Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
• Collect data or content via scraping or automated methods
• Reverse engineer or modify any part of the App or Services
• Exploit or commercially resell the Services without permission

8. USER GENERATED CONTENT

You may be permitted to upload or submit content ("Contributions"). By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce those Contributions for any lawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for what you post and must not post anything defamatory, unlawful, or offensive.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND ADS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or ads. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those third parties.

Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and them.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may suspend or modify any part of the Services at any time, without liability.

13. DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy, effectiveness, or results from using the Services.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, How2Rizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 30 days.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless How2Rizz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, you agree to receive communications electronically and that all agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which How2Rizz operates (excluding any conflict of law rules).

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing team@how2rizz.com. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in binding arbitration or in small claims court, where applicable.

19. CALIFORNIA USERS

If you are a California resident, you have rights under California Civil Code §1798.83 and the "Shine The Light" law. Contact team@how2rizz.com to request information about how we share personal data.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
